I finally got my answer.
"....We do use portable facilities because of the
rapid growth the Academy has experienced. The buildings are more than adequate for instruction and are carpeted, air conditioned and include two way communication for emergecies or normal communication. I am not aware of
any AC problems in any of our faiclities. If mechanical failure should occur we repair the problem as soon as it can be repaired..."

Obviously those air conditioners must not have been working that day you attended classes or whatever the case is/was. And shoot, if the facts don't suit the story, a little embellishment never hurts.
I of course fully expect there to be some grand scheme, lies, corruption, obvious attempts to make things sound better, whatever tale is needed.
Sometimes you have to say shenanigans and call someone out. Of course the little boy that cried wolf (or girl if the case fits) will continue to call wolf, even when its to late.
